The oil is obtained from the first cold pressing using the traditional stone mill and bottled, as per tradition, in special metal or glass containers. Lands located in the countryside of Poggio Imperiale in the “Mezzana Feudale” district in a flat area with a view of the sea.
Our company carries out the pressing of the olives with stone millstones (or mills). The processing process is the so-called "cold pressing": the temperature of the olives during processing does not exceed 27 C and the extraction process is exclusively mechanical. No solvents or chemicals are used in the manufacturing process.
